This is your classic "right place, right time" situation. Unbeknownst to either Jeff or Chelsea, they had found themselves at the same place at the same time MANY times before they actually "met". We choose to believe we simply weren't ready for each other then.But then, one random weekend in 2019 at a bar called El Bufalo, Chelsea noticed Jeff for the first time and recognized him as someone who had liked her photos on Instagram a time or 2, or a dozen or more. He was much taller in real life and just as handsome, if not more so in person, so Chelsea decided she should make her move.A few days later, we made plans to have homemade mimosas at home, then venture out for dinner. We have been inseparable ever since that date.There aren't accurate words that could possibly convey the love we share. We are best friends, partners in every aspect of life, we build each other up and are there to put in 90% if the other can only put in 10%. We have spent these 8 years building a life that we can both be proud of and look forward to spending the rest of it together, forever, happily, with our 4 fur babies.

Lindsay has been my best friend for the better part of 20 years, since we went to high school together. She’s always been the friend who reminded me I could be better and do better.  She could write the book on multitasking, because I’ll never understand how she takes on so much and still has time to be there for the people she loves. It’s been the privilege of a lifetime to grow up and do life together.

Dr Dre as I so lovingly call her is what everyone should want out of an adult friendship. I’m talking total understanding that life is hectic and if we go days, weeks without talking (never happens) we always pick up right where we left off and there’s never any need to explain why there any absence. She’s the friend you call when you just want to hang out ugly on the couch and order food. She’s the foodie you want to go to dinner with. She’s the “come with me to the grocery store” friend and I think every girl needs someone who expects nothing but your friendship from you.

When you work with someone in life or death situations, trust is so important. And when you spend as much time at work as I do, you learn to love these people. Lindsey is one of the only people in my life who understands first hand how hard our career choice is. To have a true genuine friend come out of this job has been the biggest blessing I could have ever asked for.

An almost perfect human being. Courtney is the most gracious, helpful ,thoughtful person I know hands down. She was there when I needed a drink, a hug, some homemade soup, a dinner buddy, a party planner, literally anything. If she has it to give, she will. Having her around has made me softer, believe it or not. She’s a true gem in this world.
